The winter blahs …

I used not to mind the early darkness of winter, but the past few years, and this year especially, the early night is wearing me out. My lack of motivation in going to the gym for the last month and the past few weeks of an out-of-whack diet haven’t helped matters much. I need to get back into an exercise routine but it probably won’t happen until after the new year.

So what does all of this mean? That I’ll probably be bitching and moaning and complaining for a couple of weeks until I get back on track. (Though I’ll try to make this my final post on the matter).

This is also the first year in a long while that I’m just not that into the Christmas spirit. It doesn’t help that Kelly got laid off a month ago. We’ll be fine, but the spirit of the season simply hasn’t come for a visit to the Forbes household yet.

I agree about winter. I like to visit winter but not live months in it. Your Web site is great! So will you be at Borders Books inside the Capital City Mall, or at the Borders just outside the mall next to Macy’s (I think that is the large department store it is beside) and Burger King this Saturday?
